So we came up with the idea of Cantinavelo, in the heart of Dijon city centre.
On our plates, we serve local, seasonal produce.
Each of our suppliers has been rigorously selected according to quality criteria that reflect our tastes and values.

Inspired by the legend of Eddy Merckx, the decoration of our shop pays tribute to his panache. We sell new bikes that bear his name. Road or gravel, carbon or steel, give free rein to your creativity and come and configure your future bike CHEZ EDDY.
