This pretty house located in the destination "Vesoul - Val de Saône" will be the ideal starting point of many pedestrian and cyclist excursions.
Many activities are offered to you: aquatic complex at 5 km "Le Ludolac", bicycle-rail, lake of Vesoul-Vaivre, bowling, cinema, karting circuit, as well as all the shops.
The house has been totally renovated but has kept its authenticity.
It can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a pellet stove, a leather sofa, a flat-screen TV, storage space, a wardrobe; a bathroom with an Italian shower, a toilet; a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a dressing room; a second bedroom with two 90cm beds and a chest of drawers.
Basement with linen room, washing machine, garage for small vehicles, motorbikes and bicycles.
