Sheltered from view in the hollow of an intimate, very neat 2000m² enclosed park, a haven of peace with trees, vegetation and flowers, the property offers a large terrace (exposed & shaded), a beautiful swimming pool (7x4m), several rest (hammocks, armchairs, deckchairs, etc.), a petanque court, a vegetable garden (vegetable picking possible, etc.) and a small pond. Spacious comfortable rooms including an independent one in a wing of the house, with a pleasant private terrace area.
